Before you ask

Questions
we get
weekly

If the answer is not here, send the form — it is genuinely no trouble.

Does my child need a trial?

No. No squad below U19 holds trials. Turn up, train for a few weeks, and the coach will place your child in the group that fits. The U19 football side is the only squad where we occasionally ask for a session first, and only because it is full.

What does it cost?

Term subs run from PKR 2,500 to PKR 4,000 depending on the sport and how many sessions a week the squad trains. There is a one-off annual membership on top, and a sibling discount that comes off automatically. Full breakdown is on the registration page .

We cannot afford the fees this term.

Then tell us, and your child keeps training. We hold a hardship fund for exactly this. Email the welfare officer directly — it does not go to the committee, it is not discussed at the AGM, and nobody at the club will know.

What kit do we need to buy?

For a first session, nothing. Trainers and something you can run in. After that: boots and shin pads for football, whites and a helmet for hard-ball cricket, a dobok for taekwondo once your child has committed. We keep a box of donated kit and second-hand boots — ask the coach before buying anything.

Do sessions run in bad weather?

Light rain, yes. Standing water, lightning or a frozen pitch, no. Cancellations are posted on Instagram and the squad WhatsApp group by 15:00 on the day. Taekwondo is indoors and effectively never cancels.

Can parents stay and watch?

Always, and for U8s we would rather you did. There is a covered area beside pitch 1 and a tea hut on match days. We ask that coaching from the touchline is left to the coaches — it is in the code of conduct you will sign.

My child has a medical condition or additional need.

Put it on the registration form and speak to the coach on the first night. We have players with asthma, epilepsy, type 1 diabetes and a range of additional needs across all three sports. We are not specialists, but we adapt sessions and we would rather know everything up front.

Can we hire the ground or the hall?

Outside session times, yes — pitches, the 5-a-side cage and the indoor hall are all available. Rates are lower for local schools and community groups. Use the form and pick “Something else”.

Or just
turn up

Any training night, any sport. Ask for the coach on duty and tell them it is a first visit.
